How happy are you with your health?
Are
you suffering with chronic, acute or
degenerative disease; overweight or
underweight conditions; depression or other
emotional disharmonies?
If so you'll benefit
immensely from this TeleSeminar. It is
based on solid principles that will help you
regain balanced health in all ways.
Following popular, ineffective trends is not
part of this program, nor is a reductionist
approach. Food is far more than the
sum of its nutrients; one man's medicine can
be poison to another.
Your diet is one of the best ways to
prevent--even reverse—disease. Certain foods
help you maintain a healthy weight; a clear,
focused mind; and emotional harmony. The
problem is there are many versions of what
constitutes a good diet. Most of them
conflict with each other. They all claim
that everyone should eat according to the
same rules and their rules are the ones that
will make you healthy.
Following a rigid dietary plan devised by
someone who knows nothing about your
constitution and condition will not make you
healthy or happy. There is not and never
can be a universal standard for what
constitutes the right food for everyone.
There is no diet that works to bring
everyone a healthy, fit body and mind.
We're flooded with advice on what to eat,
what not to eat, and how to eat, all of
which is very confusing. There are far too
may opinions and trends about what's right
for you.
Worse yet is the scientific reductionist
view of nutrition adopted by many
alternative practitioners as well. Science
evaluates foods solely by the presence of
proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and
minerals. Foods containing similar
quantities of nutrients are considered
equivalent in therapeutic value. All people
are assumed to be the same physiologically,
so choice of foods is simply a matter of
preference within scientific quantitative
guidelines. As evidenced by the rapid
increase in disease and obesity in children
and adults, scientific nutrition is
ineffective.
The value of food extends far beyond its
nutrients.
Trendy diets come and go and science
continually changes its mind about food. No
wonder the public is confused and searching
for a sane and sensible approach to
nutrition and health. Believing that a
specific diet will eliminate all people’s
health and weight problems is unrealistic,
even absurd.
Food is
therapeutic and far more than the sum of its
nutrients. It can give you clarity, focus,
emotional harmony, good health, vitality; a
strong spiritual connection; and greater
sense of your connection with your authentic
self. Certain foods will eliminate cravings
for harmful ones. It reverses disease when
you use it appropriately. Food is medicine;
however, one man’s nutritional remedy can be
poison to another. Few understand the
difference.
Healing
with food is not a one-size-fits-all
approach.
The content and wisdom of this program is
based on a three thousand year old
philosophy that always works, rather than
the every-changing popular trends of the
day.
