Adrienne teaches
a wide range of yoga classes ranging from beginner to advanced.
Blending Hatha yoga with her knowledge of anatomy and alignment,
the class is truly created for the students.
Using breath
support and flow of the body, Adrienne creates a relaxing and peaceful
atmosphere where each individual body can work at their own pace,
while still being challenged. Adrienne firmly believes that there
is a way for everyone to do the postures. She can create a variation
for the student at any level, any age, any physicality.
Adrienne is
known for giving plenty of individual attention and answering any
questions that arise; even in the largest of class settings. Her
careful attention to detail, "gentle correction" of students
and "generous spirit" make her classes distinctive.

Adrienne has had an amazing impact on my life. Aside from
gaining strength and flexibility, I no longer suffer from the
lower back and neck pain that has plagued me for years. Adrienne
thoughtfully tailors an evolving program, including sit-ups and
Pilates exercises, that meets my needs and goals. I would never
give up working with Adrienne. She is the best!” Pat G. -
