Are your emotions making you sick and unhappy?  Long before a health, weight or lifestyle problem develops there are many signs in your emotional body that are giving you clues and seeking your attention.

Two out of three people who take anti-depressants still experience symptoms of depression.  Western medicine suggests adding more dangerous drugs. 

Holistic Health offers many tools for understanding and reversing a myriad of emotional imbalances from low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, excessive worry and fear to malaise, depression and SAD.  Taking a pill may dull these emotions, but they do not resolve the underlying issues.  Those issues, when not understood and reversed in healthy ways, will cause many physical health problems and affect all areas of one's life. 

You'll learn healthy, empowering ways to release chronically held tension and repressed emotions that cause health problems and unhappiness, and limit your freedom to enjoy passionate, fulfilling, joyful, happy, and abundant living.

Healthy, joyful, peaceful living are very possible for all of us, but these qualities seem to elude many of us.   Most people were not taught the skills for achieving and maintaining radiant mental and emotional health.  This workshop draws upon the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine,  Attitudinal Healing, and traditional and contemporary spiritual philosophies.  Creating Emotional Harmony Guidebook is included.  Facilitator, Deborah Barr, Founder of Whole Health Resources.

Your Body, Mind, and Emotions are not Separate

If you're experiencing mental and emotional problems it's highly likely that your physically health is negatively affected.  Examples of emotional states related to specific organ systems--physically or energetically:

Heart:  scattered, confused mind, unclear communication, loss of clarity, lack of joy, excessive sadness, too tense, inability to enjoy life, memory loss, mental illness, including depression, mania, and lack of deep motivation and will.

 
Liver:  Depression is always rooted in a stagnant liver.  Other emotions include anger, impatience, frustration, resentment, stubborn, controlling, impulsive and/or explosive personality; inhibited in expressing emotions, lack of enthusiasm and spark to live, indecisive, and moody.
 
Spleen/Pancreas (digestive organs):  anxiety, worry, overly sensitive, insecure, distant, over-thinking, and non-expressive.
 
Lung:  depression, lethargy, unclear thinking, excessive sadness and grief, unable to cope with minor situations, negative, indifferent, anxious, worried, unhealthy attachments--can't let go, can't hold on to a direction in life.
 
Kidney:  fear, insecurity, phobias, general anxiety about life, paranoia, always expecting the worst, consumed with worry, withdrawn, and lack of confidence.
 
All physical, mental and emotional problems are rooted in the foods you consume.  When you work through the root causes and correct physical imbalances, the corresponding emotional patterns resolve.

The sessions will be recorded and you will receive the link for the MP3 download the morning after each class and can listen as often as you like.  You do not need an MP3 player to listen.

This is not a general "one size fits all approach".  You will be given specific recommendations based on your personal constitution/condition and imbalances from the information on your questionnaire.  All information is held in the strictest confidence. 

Highly Recommended:  You can add 2-6 personal counseling/coaching sessions to this Program at a discounted rate for participants.  Sessions can be done by phone or at my Pittsburgh office and are one hour.  Regular price is $135/session.  Price for class participants:  6 sessions/$675 (save $135); 4 sessions/$480 (save $60); 2 sessions/$249 (save $21).
