Detoxification and Cleansing
and Seasonal Health
TeleSeminar,
September 29, 2009
Would you like to detoxify harmful substances such as sugar, fat,
cholesterol, drugs, caffeine, alcohol or nicotine from your body?
Do you experience headaches, or other aches and pains? Do you
tend to overeat or eat fast foods, fried foods or refined foods?
Do you suffer with allergies, congestion, digestive problems and
other health or weight issues?
Certain foods and supplements can gently or strongly cleanse
harmful substances from the body, renewing vitality, restoring
health, giving one a sense of lightness and clarity. Many people,
however, embark on detoxification or cleansing diets with very
little information as to the right approach for their unique body
type and health condition doing more harm than good. Most
people need regeneration as well as gentle cleansing and this
important aspect of your health will be covered.
This Teleclass
will help you
assess the
right way to approach cleansing and detoxification to get the
results you desire
in the most
healthful way. Detoxing harmful attitudes, emotions and
lifestyle habits will be
covered. You'll learn which
foods to include on a regular basis to gently detox excesses and
harmful substances. I'll also discuss
which foods are best for transitioning into the fall and winter
seasons to insure good health.
Harmony with every season will
bring you good health, a clear, focused mind, and balanced
emotions. The state of your health is largely due to what
you've eaten in the previous season. I've added a
Seasonal Influences
component to this class. Consciously making
changes that prepare you for each season will bring greater
enjoyment, balance, well being, and far less physical, mental, and
emotional problems.
Detox is not
appropriate nor recommended for pregnant and lactating women;
those with serious physical and mental degenerations; or those who
are deficient, frail and weak
Because of
environmental factors, early spring and early fall are the most
beneficial times to embark on a Cleanse.
NOTE: Detoxification
and Cleansing does NOT
mean using laxative herbs and
foods to deplete your system. Healthy bowel function is
important, and the proper cleanse for you will normalize your
bowels and digestive system.
You'll receive the WholeHealth
e-Guide, Detoxification and Cleansing via
email, and the MP3 class recording which you can listen to
or download as often as you like. Class conference number will be
sent upon registration.
