Section I
-
These two sessions
will pre-pave your way to success in the New Year. We'll
work with Vision, goals and creating the steps to your plan.
Pre-paving means getting in the right mindset by recognizing and
transforming deeply rooted attitudes and beliefs that have
created struggle and prevented success. You'll learn to
let go of those things that work against you efforts.
I believe it's
important to mentally prepare yourself for a re-commitment to
your healthy, fit body. Doing some focused inner
work will allow you to see how you've unconsciously been putting
out conflicting intentions that create the opposite of what you
want. Negative pay-offs you've been receiving will
surface. Only when you are aware of them can you let them
go.

Nutritional Detoxification and Cleansing
Would you like to detoxify harmful substances such as sugar,
excess fat and cholesterol, drugs, caffeine, alcohol or nicotine
from your body? Do you experience headaches, or other
aches and pains? Do you tend to overeat or eat fast foods,
fried foods or refined foods? Do you suffer with
allergies, congestion, digestive problems and other health or
weight issues?

Understanding Cravings, Addictions, Bingeing
Have you seen the commercial
where the frustrated (and very convincing) actress exclaims
she's tried everything--dieting, exercise and pills--to contain
her hunger, yet nothing worked. She goes on to convince

don't have to diet, over-exercise, take dangerous drugs or
